About me
Life is an Adventure
I have spent most my life in the breathtaking landscapes of Colorado, and I have had the privilege of immersing myself in the diverse array of outdoor activities that influenced my game play and design.
Besides Dungeons & Dragons, my hobbies include hiking, rock climbing and snowboard/skiing. Whether it’s navigating the slopes, trekking along meandering streams, or ascending peaks, I find inspiration in these experiences, which translate into my home-brew content.
I am also on the exhilarating adventure of raising a toddler alongside my incredible wife. We are dedicated to providing our little one with the same love for the outdoors that has shaped our lives. Together, we embark on family-friendly hikes, introduce our child to the wonders of nature, and create lasting memories in Colorado’s playground.
We also care for two rescue dogs that not only bring boundless happiness but also remind us of the importance of compassion and giving back to our community.
Gamming Journey
Since 1989
With over three decades of experience in playing D&D and tabletop RPGs, my passion for immersive storytelling and engaging gameplay has only grown stronger. Since 1989, I have honed a dynamic and enjoyable style of gamemastering that combines the shared stories that I grew up both creating and playing. When crafting the program adventures, I strive to strike a balance between three essential pillars of role playing: social interaction, exploration, and combat.
One of my core principles is to empower players, allowing them free agency over their characters and enabling them to shape the world and guide the story. I firmly believe in fostering an inclusive and welcoming environment at my gaming tables, welcoming players from all backgrounds. However, I do emphasize that tolerance and respect are crucial elements of our gaming experience.

GM Style
“You can certainly try…”
As a gamemaster, I maintain a careful balance between social interactions, exploration of vibrant worlds, and thrilling combat encounters. My aim is to create situations that elicit emotional responses from players, ensuring that their actions have consequences and impact the world around them. Fun is paramount in every session, even if it means facing the occasional character death, which can itself offer unique and enjoyable experiences.
Storytelling
My storytelling veers away from rigid fantasy genre expectations, as I love incorporating plot twists and mysteries that gradually unravel as players uncover vital information. I have experience in running and playing games such as D&D (including 5E supplements), Call of Cthulhu, Shadowrun, Rifts, Palladium, Robotech and more independent role playing games that are too numerous to name.
Younger Players
For younger players, I offer a special Kids D&D session designed for ages 8 and above. This introductory session spans 1.5 hours, dedicating 45 minutes to character creation and the other 45 minutes to an exciting adventure. Following this session, groups are formed, and campaigns are launched with enthusiastic participants. It’s a fantastic way for kids to dive into the world of D&D and expose them to new skills that align with their education.
Wolf Games
If you’re new to the hobby, or if you’ve recently embarked on your gaming journey, I find immense joy in helping players like you get started. Whether you need guidance in starting your first campaign or wish to explore new games, I am always ready to assist and ensure your tabletop RPG experience is truly rewarding.
